Shipping:
Isopods will be shipped in either a 2 oz or 8 oz deli cup depending on number and size of the particular species. We ship in sphagnum moss and some fir & peat moss substrate for larger containers.
We ship Monday - Wednesday to avoid any delays over the weekend. Orders placed on Wednesday evening/Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note: If multiples of a species are purchased they will be grouped into the same container unless requested otherwise!
DOA Policy: A picture of DOA's must be messaged to us within 2 hours of delivery. For DOA's we offer a refund or reshipment of the deceased pods.
