All sales are final, do not bid unless you intend to payI will not accept "my child bid" or "opened their own account" as a reason to cancel the transaction.It is the account holders/parents responsibility to keep all passwords safe and log off when not using Ebay & to supervise their children while they are using the internet.If you require your item for a Birthday within 7-10 working days of auctions end please let me know before you bid as I may not be able to send the item off before the due date (I work full time) 

Returns will only be accepted if items are sigificantly not as described. 
I do not cover warranty against defects once item is opened, I do not have a physical store! 
In most cases I have bought my items from ebay second hand (even though still brand new) Thus I do not have access to claims with manufacturersItems damaged in transit are not my responsibility, all items are sent registered post regardless of price as this covers the item for up to $100, just in case it does get damaged. The buyer will need to follow this up with Australia post. They require proof that the parcel was crushed or ripped open.Refunds will only be done when the item has been sent back to me at the buyers own cost, the refund will be processed once i recieve the item.
