This is branded tube made by Oriental Industrial Products (formal Eastern Industrial group in Hong Kong), company with good environmental and safety records, products are made with up to 70% recycled materials, holder of ISO 140001 environmental management system certification and caries out regular environmental impact assessment and waste monitoring.   

It takes usually 3-4 working days to arrive with standard service and 2 days with TRACKED 24. Please note this is guidance only, occasionally parcels do get delayed and we can not help it, 
all parcels are posted within 12 hours of purchase. We mainly use Royal Mail, however occasionally Royal Mail dispatching system suffers technical issues or parcels are not collected from us due to leak of resources, so occasionally we would use other couriers like Evri or UPS depends on the time of the day to make sure all parcels are dispatch the same day (orders placed before 3PM). 
If parcel will not arrive within maximum of 5 working days please check with us. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING:

1. Please check the side of the tyre if it matched the size of the tube. 

2. Before fitting please carefully examine inside of the tyre in case there is something sharp still imbedded. 

3. In the unlikely event of item found faulty, please speak to us and we will arrange replacement. 

4. Please double check if this is exactly the type you need, we don't offer free return postage if customer changes his mind, 
this doesn't breach your statutory rights. 

5.PLEASE MAKE SURE CORRECT TOOLS ARE USED TO INFLATE TUBES / TYRES - FOR SMALL WHEELS HIGH FLOW GARAGE COMPRESSORS ARE NOT SUITABLE,
AND CAN CAUSE INNER TUBE TO BURST. SMALLER 12 V COMPRESSOR MUST BE USED OR HAND PUMP.

7. Please do not try to inflate the tubes to working pressure without fitting it first: only tube fitted inside the tyre would inflate to correct pressure, outside the tyre will only expand like a balloon to the bursting point.
