eBay controls all payments, eBay is the payment processor, we do not receive your payment information, eBay will accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover

Shipments:
You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. We will supply tracking information directly to your ebay account once the shipping label is created.

Returns:
If you ordered the wrong part, Provenpart will return or exchange the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct part.
If the item is found to be defective the customer may send the part back for inspection from Provenpart, if the part is considered to have a material defect Provenpart will send the customer at no charge a replacement part. All parts and equipment purchased on eBay are purchased by the buyer with no additional promises being made for technical service. Item's that have not been used or installed may under authorized conditions, be returned within 14 days for a partial refund less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping cost covering the items shipped to the buyer is not refundable for any reason as this was agreed to in the initial sale of the product and is not part of the actual value of the item in question.By purchasing any parts or equipment from Provenpart you agree to these terms and conditions.
