The measurement of the inner sole is the length of the entire sole where the foot rests, we measure the ends that go from the toe to the heel. In order not to mistake the size, our advice is to take a very similar shoe and measure the two ends or measure the removable insole. (Not to be confused with the measurement of the foot, also avoid the cm shown on the boxes or on the tabs). A slight difference is tolerable.
