As can be seen from pictures, this book has seen better days.
The DJ is missing, there is soiling to the front cover and what appears to be damp stains at the top of both the front and back covers. In addition, the front hinge is broken.
However, this is a remarkably hard-to-find book - I don't see another copy (in any condition) on eBay or on ABE - but I have a (slightly) better copy, so I figured I'd post this so someone else can enjoy.
