This is a controversial 2004 FakeTakes Juiced? Custom Card #6 of Barry Bonds with a fake GU needle and fake drop of blood on the needle tip. This card is in a sealed case with a FakeTakes mini COA.  This card is not licensed by MLB and is unofficial. This card is in excellent condition as you can see from the photos.
