Great travel bag and great for walking.  Best for about 5 pounds up to about 11 pound Pet.  It has a hook to attach to their collar or harness and it has a couple snaps to keep them secure. The strap is also adjustable to fit you comfortably. 

I loved these for my dog but now I bought a stroller because she gained to 12 pounds and is to heavy for my back to carry her anymore. This one is new in the box, cost 89.99, so this is a great deal!  I bought it before deciding to buy a stroller.
