The Nike Air Max Plus/TN Collection is a running collection designed by Sean McDowell in 1998. In typical Nike fashion, the collection takes noteworthy inspiration from abstract sources as in this case being palm trees swaying in the wind in Florida during sunset. The mid-foot shank of the TN shoe was designed with a whale's breaching tale in mind, keeping the nautical themes at the forefront.
