Gemmy 13” Vtg Halloween Talking Frankenstein’s Monster Spirit Ball w/ Base

The monster’s mouth doesn’t open and close when he talk, like it is supposed to. This may be fixable by a handy person. Plastic ball has some scratches and marks. These are shown in the photos.

Missing power cord, works on batteries.
