Appears to be made in Holland , Mint Condition - small bird measures 4" tall , 4" wide , Has label and appears to be signed - but very hard to read these markings.  VERY OLD : was in my uncle & aunt's (passed away in their 80's in early 1980's) porcelain cabinet - since the mid 1940's - dates this piece over 80 years old.
