I have been collecting for well over thirty years various Movie, Comic Book, and Video Game themed statues, action figures and memorabilia. Every piece I am offering for sale is from my private collection and was well cared for inside my home or kept in its original art box.

 

  In this sale I am offering a Limited-Edition DC Direct, Batman Black and White series, CATWOMAN statue. This 1:10 scale statue is designed by Steve Rude and sculpted by Karen Palinko. This is number 276 of 4000. It comes in two pieces, the statue, and the black and white base with the Batman logo. This is an open box item that was displayed in my collection until 2020. It has remained in its original art box inside my home since then. As you can see in the photos the statue is in very good condition, in my opinion, with a minor paint defect on the statue and a couple scratches on the base near the foot peg holes. The original art box does show signs of normal wear and tear during storage over the years. Please enlarge the posted pictures and do your own inspection regarding the condition of the statue before buying. Minor, hard to see with the naked eye, flaws may have been missed. By making this purchase you are agreeing to accept the statues as is as seen in the posted photos.

Very good too good in my opinion.

Condition of the art box:

 

Varies from good to fair. Packaging does show signs of normal wear and tear.

 

Payment:

 

Full payment is expected within three (3) days of purchase. If payment is not made by the end of the third day a claim of non- payment will automatically be filed.

 

Shipping:

 

I will ship the item out three (3) to Five (5) days after payment conformation has been received. Shipping service may vary.

 

International shipping:

 

All international shipping is handled by the eBay international shipping program. All fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

In Person Pick up

 

In person pick up is offered. Buyers desiring in person pick up must still pay for shipping, this is in the event that the buyer does not show up at the agreed upon date and time or attempts to make a last-minute change after a date and time has been set. Shipping fees will be refunded through eBay at time of pick up.

 

Returns and Refunds:

 

Being that this item for sale is from my private collection I will only accept returns and offer a refund under the following condition…

 

1. Item is received destroyed or heavily damaged during shipping. The following conditions must be met before a refund is issued.

a. damage must be beyond basic repair. I.e., you cannot simply glue the broken piece back on or back together.

b. notification must be made IMMEDIATELY on the date of delivery.

c. photos of shipper, art box, inner packaging and damage from all sides must be included in the notification.

d. item must be returned to me, prior to receiving a refund.

 

2. Once I have received the item and verified that it is the original item, I shipped that was damaged, I will issue a refund for the full purchase price, not including the return shipping fee.
