This building is in excellent physical condition. There are no chips, cracks, damage, or repairs.
-It only has one of the KBRR signs, Iām not sure why there are 2 because there is only room for one.
It has the detachable hanging sign. There is a little wear on it.
*The adapter DOES NOT work. It is supposed to light up the map and the red tip on the pole.
However, I am still including the KBRR adapter, in case you can make it work. I am also including a light cord with switch and light bulb so that it lights up as in the picture. It inserts through a bottom hole like a regular building.
The styrofoam is in great condition. The sleeve has a little wear. All sides are pictured.
It will be carefully packaged.
