In the quaint village of Roselake, a Virgin Mary garden statue stood in the heart of the community's lush public gardens. Rumored to have been unearthed from an ancient crypt in Spain, the statue had been a generous gift from an unknown traveler.

On moonlit nights, locals whispered of seeing the statue weep shimmering tears while a soft hymn echoed in the wind. Children claimed to see it move .The old folks would tell tales of the statue's mysterious origins and while skeptics dismissed these tales as mere superstitions, none dared to move or harm the statue.

When the village remodeled the gardens, this one of a kind statue was discarded and retrieved by a local resident. The local resident ( who wished to remain anonymous “John Smith”) sold the statue to me in 2020.
