Selecting the right size is immensely important because replacement shipping charges vary from 30 $ to 40$ depending upon the shipping destination in the world.

If the size you have selected doesn't fit you well, there will be replacement charges of 50$-60$ for other destinations of the world, so selecting the size wisely is very very important.

Refund due to sizing issue will be issued after deducting shipping charges even if the shipping is set FREE due to a promotion or else.

Shipping Policy:

Most of our jackets are Pre-Sale and if your required size is not in stock, we will make it and ship over to you. Hence the shipping and delivery cycle takes 3-7 working days unless there is an exception. Custom made jackets not in stock are usually shipped from our factory in Asia through reliable services. Sometimes a jacket could be shipped from within UK or USA through postal services such as USPS.

Usually the delivery time for international buyers shipments is 3-5 weeks 

We ship to confirmed address and buyers are usually required to sign the parcel upon receipt, this is for safety  reasons for buyers and us. If an item is returned back to us or to the courier depot for wrong address or buyers non-acceptance for a reason, buyer will have to pay re-sending/stocking charges and in case of refund, deduction of shipping charges.

We also request our buyers to let us know their contact during the checkout process or message as separately as we require that for shipping and delivery purpose only. Your phone numbers are never shared with anyone except the courier company, who what that to contact you prior to delivery a product to your given address.
