This is a unique leather covered wood case for Leica cameras C, D, F with brass corners, latch, and labels.  The case is in very good vintage condition.  The leather has a few scratches and the brass latch shows some wear.  The interior is also in great condition.

This case was part of the inventory from a local camera store which closed a few years ago.   I'm not sure if it is a salesmans sample case, a store display piece, or maybe storage for a collector. Or could be none of those! If anyone knows, please share.   I was unable to find this online and am curious as to what it was used for.
