This a nice case made by Comeaux and is in their Fashion Series.  It is black patterned with white trim.  Scuff and scratch protection, Polycarbonate shock absorbing core and is precision molded for the perfect fit.

It fits the older Samsung Galaxy Note i9220 and N7000.

I was able to get a good price on these and I'm passing along the savings.  At this price, buy a backup too.
