You can return the used oil to us in the amount that corresponds to the amount you purchased from us. Our acceptance point is: NB-PARTS, Daimlerstr. 7 in 91301 Forchheim. You can drop off the oils there during opening hours (weekdays, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.). Alternatively, you can also send the used oil to our collection point. In this case, please ensure suitable transport packaging and sufficient postage. Please note that special transport conditions may apply for used oil. If you are a commercial end user, we would like to point out that we may use third parties to fulfill our acceptance obligations to you.
