Details: Storyline/Title:  Siege Spider-Man: It's an all-out brawl between Spider-Man and Venom! As chaos ensues up in Asgard, the two arch-nemesis' are biting each other's heads off down in Oklahoma. As Venom strangles the evil out of Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel flies in the fight, and punches Venom into the ground. Ms. Marvel doesn't stop there. Shoving her hands into Venom's mouth, she rips Mac Gargan out of the symbiote, but the symbiote then covers Ms. Marvel. With no other option, Spidey swings to the nearest church, only to find out that there's no church bell! Spider-Man then kicks Venom into some transformers, electrocuting Venom.
