It has rust spots! It needs total clean up! I only did light cleaning and kept the AAA sticker on it. Has some silver issues on the top of the mirror, but it is hard to show this from the pictures. It also has some slight checking in the silver as all the OEM original parts have!   I am trying to be completely honest! On mirrors condition is really how close you look at them 2 feet you can find all kinds of flaws at 3 feet looking the flaws are far less.     

This is original OEM! You may ask how I know. I actually purchased a 1968 firebird for parts over 30 years ago and took this part out.

Please ask any and all questions before bidding. I am a car guy, I truly want to make sure you get the part as described. I think for the age and being original this is the best you will find!
