This is a vintage 1987 X-Factor #25 signed by Walter Simonson with COA/certificate of authenticity (size is approx: 5 x 8 inches), complete and produced by Marvel Comics. The book would rate a grade of Very Fine condition with tanning on the upper part of book, spine stressors, rolled spine, corner/edge damage preventing any higher grade.
