A Transparent Clutch Master Cylinder Reservoir Extension kit for the 2003-2013 KTM Adventure 950-990 Magura Mineral Oil pump.

It increases the capacity by 50%, allowing a clear view of the oil level, colour and condition.

It's very helpful if your pump has a small leak and needs regular inspection and topping up with Mineral Oil.

It's easy to fit by yourself with a drop of Epoxy Glue, following the fitting instructions.

This kit comes with 2 orange and 2 black UVA resistant vinyl KTM INVENTIONS stickers.

CLUTCH RESERVOIR EXTENSION KIT FITTING INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Place the bike on the centre stand, losen the two 8mm bolts and rotate the pump so that it is level to the ground.

2. Remove the lid, the rubber bladder and the oil from the pump.

3. Clean the pumps mating surface with  some tissue and alcohol.

4. Buy a Transparent Epoxy Glue and prepare a drop by mixing it well.

5. Use a toothpick to spread ONLY a light smear of Epoxy Glue on the pumps aluminium mating surface.

6. Position the extension on the pump with the arrows pointing up.

7. Place the lid on the extension without the rubber bladder.

8. Carefully tighten the lids 2 screws VERY JENTLY, so that you JUST center and align the extension with the pump, WITHOUT squeezing out all the glue!

Don't worry if a drop of glue runs inside the pump, as long as it doesn't block the oil passage.

9. For a perfect finish, scrape away the excess glue before it hardens completely and cover paint the glue seam with a black permanent marker.

USE ONLY MINERAL OIL, NEVER USE BRAKE FLUID WITH THIS KIT!
