Rough idle, low power, high MPG, not flexible acceleration, too long of a cranking time with a hot engine... you probably have a damaged fuel distributor diaphragm (even the smallest one) or an internal leak in the fuel distributor, or both. This is probably because of modern fuel additives and the introduction of ethanol into fuel.

 New technology allows us to maintain not only absolute precision in manufacturing the diaphragm but also handle the cutting corners in such a way that the edges of the nylon mesh inside the diaphragm become thermally connected to the base layers of the diaphragm.

Repair Kit for an Eight-Cylinder Alloy BOSCH KE-Jetronic Fuel Distributor
The kit
contains:- One diaphragm is made with advanced technology; the material has a much higher temperature and chemical resistance.
- Eight o-rings for the etering slot body (Viton o-rings also have much higher temperature and chemical resistance).
- One-shaped o-ring for the screw plug (control piston). Viton
- There are two o-rings for connection between the fuel distributor and the electrohydraulic actuator. OEM.
- One o-ring for the control piston (Viton)
- One o-ring for the control plunger inside the fuel distributor (Viton)
- One o-ring for connection between fuel distributor and air flow meter (Viton)
- Set (13 pieces) of copper and aluminum seal rings for screws and connection ports
- One o-ring (Viton) for the adjusting screw and one (Copper) seal ring for the cover screw of the EHA
- One brand new retainer shim.

distributor and must be 0-438-10X-XXX
If you have a fuel distributor made by BOSCH with a number that is not mentioned above, you may contact us by email, and we can provide you with a kit designed for your vehicle.
