It can be considered as ‘good as new’ and expected to be in working order unless otherwise stated within the product description. ·        Some of our items if the packaging is too damaged may be unsuitable for delivery by a courier, for these lines we can only offer “collection only” rather than offering a delivery service, this will be shown in the shipping section of the listing as “collection only” 

·        We would not recommend using your own courier as the collection only items as they may be fully assembled and unboxed. 

·        We welcome collections and these can be made from our Outlet Store.
