Tom Dixon himself only has the sugar bowl and tea caddy available, testament to the popularity of this set of course, but then also the inability to easily acquire a set of your own. Instead you’d have to source from multiple retailers at home and abroad with all the extra added costs customs and varying lead times and markups by different retailers. Because if the manufacturer is out of stock, with little sign of replenishment, prices and costs could rise.

However, in buying this set from me you can negate all of these matters. For example, if today were a Monday and you purchased i could order guaranteed next day delivery, which would transpire as collection Tuesday for guaranteed delivery to you Wednesday. If you ordered Friday or on the weekend that would be collection Monday with guaranteed delivery Tuesday.

Alternatively we use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service with guaranteed next day delivery. They insure up to £500.00 per parcel and envisage this being made up of two packages. For orders outside of the UK it would be via eBay’s GSP.

I hope you’ll consider the acquisition of a tea service from a dealer who equally, if not more in fact, has more of an interest in seeing it arrive intact to yourselves than you do. After all your money is guaranteed should the worst happen with loss or damage, while I have no such guarantees. So you can trust I’d do everything in my power to give you great service alongside what i consider to be outstanding products and designs.
