Bedouin Yemen coin-silver silver muharraz belt bell bead

A fine Yemen coin-silver bell bead with distinctive beadwork round bell split. See plate 226, page 169 of the reference for identical beads by Said bin Umar Bahashwan, from Sayyun (early 20th century).

Tests as coin-silver. Probably made from Maria Theresa thalers.
