This item is just the station it does not have the combo Turner.

It does not make noise that I can tell even though the box indicates it may make noise

it is missing all but two doors take a look at the photos. You can see that one door is off the peg it needs to be pressed on,

it has all the little strings and red attachments. I think those symbolize cleaning the train or fueling the train. I’m not sure take a look at the photos
