■Description:
- A cute cat with plump cheeks is carefully drawn one by one by skilled craftsmen at Yume-Kobo(夢工房), a ceramic studio in Seto-City(瀬戸市), Aichi JAPAN, which is famous for its pottery with cat paintings in Japan.
- From the carefully attached tail, you can feel the warmth of pottery.
- This item is made with Crackle Glaze which is the cracks that occur on the glazed surfaces of Ceramics and used as a decorative technique in Ceramics.
- There is also a different color version of red cat and are the same series of YUNOMI tea cup.
*The city of Seto(瀬戸市) is famous for its pottery and ceramics, so much so that the generic word for ceramics in Japanese is "setomono". It has thus been considered Japan's pottery capital for a very long time.
