I accept PayPal and other eBay managed payment options.  

I will combine shipping on multiple purchases only when buyer selects the "Add to Cart" option and selects "Request Total from Seller." I will then send final invoice with combined shipping costs.  

Without final invoice request, I only will reimburse partial shipping overages for multiple purchases.  EBay charges final values fees on item and shipping charges.  EBay does not refund sellers final values fees for shipping refunds.

Domestic Shipping within the USA:  Shipping to any location within the USA via USPS Mail with Tracking.

International Shipping outside the USA:  International Shipping via USPS first Class International Mail with Tracking.
