This is a 2001 Sterling Marlin #40 American Pride 1/24 Dodge Intrepid Black Window Car (BWC) This is NOT a bank.  Made by Action.  The car is in excellent condition.  The Box is in excellent condition with very little shelf wear.  The sleeve as you can see in the pictures does have a small tear and the ends are worn and it does have a little staining on the bottom.
