Beautiful small tureen, gravy boat or serving dish with the lid. Both side handles and the handle on the lid has buckle design. No markings. Good condition with regular signs of use. Some scratches and rubbed off paint.  Tiny chip on the lid. Small discoloration on the underplate (most likely done during production)
