Heavy duty "D" handle shovel is in good condition.  The handle is very strong and sturdy and I left it as I found it for the patina.  There is an extension that is welded on it and an area on the top of the scoop that had been welded.  I would like to know the history or story behind this one.

It is marked:  "5"  "Lorenzo Iron" "8" on the metal of the shaft.

Measures 47" long with the scoop alone measuring approximately 23" long x 11 3/4 wide x approximately 2 1/4" deep.
The handle is 27" long (wood to scoop).

If you live in a neighboring state, where the shipping would be cheaper, I would then be able to reduce the shipping costs.

The items I find are farm auctions, household auctions, etc.  I will give you a description, to the best of my knowledge, regarding age and information found on those unique pieces.  All sales are final, so I ask that you zoom over the pictures for a close view of them since I do NOT accept returns.  If have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.  If, after you receive item, it does not meet your expectations, please contact me.  Also worth mentioning, since many of my items are big and bulky, I do recycle cardboard.  Also, many do not realize that I live in north central Wisconsin and my shipping charges are a little more costly than if I lived in Central United States. My shipping is based on ebay's estimator calculator.
