·       I, the buyer will follow all local, state and federal laws with any chemical product I purchase

·       I , the buyer Assume full responsibility for any risks or loss, personal injury, property damage or injury of any and all individuals that may happen by me or any other individuals, or any loss or damage to properly owned by me or others as a result of a chemical purchased from FTF Scientific LLC and use of any chemical compound, whether this is caused by negligence of the buyer or otherwise.

·       I, the buyer am properly trained and have the knowledge to properly store, handle and utilize chemicals that have been purchased from FTF Scientific LLC.

·       I, the buyer am aware that all chemicals purchased from FTF Scientific LLC are for research and development purposes only. The chemicals are not to be used in food, drug, human, animal or cosmetic use.

·       I, the buyer understands that the FTF Scientific logo is copyrighted and may not be used without permission from FTF Scientific LLC.
