Substitute Part Numbers:
**Items that come with a warranty will need to be registered with us. We will need your unit’s model number and serial number to be able to file a claim. Please message us this information on eBay after purchasing the item.
Please note:
It is your responsibility to ensure the part fits your unit. All returns for "doesn't fit" will need prior approval, or you will risk voiding your return. You will need to message us with your model and serial number to verify the fit on your unit. If the part does not fit your unit we will verify the return. If your part does fit you will need to return the product for a different reason I.E. “changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake.
All returns for "item defective or does not work" will also need prior approval. We test all used parts before we sell them. You will need to contact us before you return the item or risk voiding your return.

A - Brand new open box for pictures
B- Brand new, but cosmetically damaged.
C- Brand new taken off of an unused appliance. Minor scratches, imperfections, and dirt from processing may occur.

Why buy OEM?
OEM refers to the original equipment manufacturer. OEM replacements are parts that are supplied by the same manufacturer that created the appliance. It is recommended to first search for genuine factory repair parts whenever possible. Material and design flaws become more apparent as time passes, and modified versions are created to prevent potential premature failures. The appliance manufacturer will be able to best monitor the failure rates and decide if any changes should be made in the material or design of a specific part.
It is best to use OEM appliance parts due to the following reasons:
OEM parts are of high quality as they come straight from the original manufacturer of the appliance.
OEM parts help to protect the warranty of your appliance as some warranties only accept the use of OEM parts for any replacement or repair works.
OEM parts allow you to save money in the long run. Although non-OEM parts may cost less, it could also result in more harm if the wrong part is utilized.
OEM parts often have a warranty period; most aftermarket parts do not.
Refunds
All electronic part returns will NOT be accepted if the box has been opened. If you receive a package that has been described as "OPEN BOX" the package will be resealed, and returns will NOT be accepted IF the box is opened.
Merchandise must be returned in original packing and must be in the same condition. Returns will not be accepted if these requirements are not met.
Refunds will be credited within 3 to 5 business of receiving the return. When we've received and processed the return, we will refund the applicable amount minus any Recovery Fees (see details below) for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax.
