It is a 17-character code, which can be found in the vehicle registration documents or service book under 'VIN number' or 'Chassis number'.

Please note that you will be responsible for compatibility to your car if you will place your order without checking it correctness with us.

payment information

  • We sincerely ask you to pay within 4 days in order to avoid initiating an unpaid item case.

  • We usually start processing your order when your payment has been verified.

shipping information

  • For the most of our items shipping to US customers we use DHL, FedEx or USPS mail (with delivery confirmation/tracking number); Europe and other international orders - Deutsche Post, Standard Post, UPS, DHL, EMS, DPD etc. Please see the Shipping and Payments tab above for all details.

  • Signature is required for the packages sent by courier post.

  • We make shipping to the address specified on eBay during the checkout. Refund will only be issued if we ship your item to an old/invalid address and it is returned back in its original condition.

  • Unfortunately we do not ship to PO/APO/FPO Boxes.

  • Important to know that not all delivery methods are available - it depends on your geographic location. Some regions require a minimum surcharge for courier shipping.

  • Before payment please contact us for further instruction about combining shipping cost on Multiple purchases.

  • Please note that shipping during holidays may take longer time than normally.

  • If you see that the package that courier tries to deliver is damaged, please fill up the claim form or do not accept it. NOTIFY US right away, we will arrange a replacement/reimburse your order A.S.A.P.

returns

  • All returns must be pre-approved by eBay messaging system before you ship any item back to us.

  • We will gladly accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in new unused condition and contain all original materials (if included).

  • All returned items will be tested before refunds are given.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.

  • Returns should be packed in outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product.

  • Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.

import and customs charges

Buyers are fully responsible to pay all possible import and customs charges even if these charges are not included during order checkout.

We don’t collect them; it used to be paid by your local customs department.
