Overseas buyers:

After successful payment, it will be shipped within 2 to 7 days (except for pre-ordered items), and a tracking number will be provided after delivery

The overseas delivery time is about 14-21 days. Mail may be delayed due to local public holidays, industrial actions, epidemics, mail handling procedures, customs clearance or transportation safety inspections. Therefore, the delivery time to the destination is not guaranteed.

I will pack the goods properly. If the package is damaged in transit, I will not be responsible for it. I will take photos of the goods and save them as a reference and keep the mailing roots before sending them.

After payment, if the product is damaged or lost, I will cancel the order and refund the full amount.The buyer must not object.

The import tax of the country/region is paid by the buyer.

All products cannot be returned.

We provides a full compensation to a buyer in case a postal loss happens unfortunately. Postal loss is defined as a case that the post office regards the item as lost in final;

This is the buyer's responsibility to bear the return shipping cost when the item is returned by the carrier with the reason of unclaimed mail item or incorrect delivery address
