Engraving attention:
1) You can engrave simple text on the pendant, such as name/ date/ blessing/ love heart pattern to showcase your unique personality.
2) The more characters you have in the content, the smaller the overall text. The best character range is 5-10 letters or numbers.
3) For those who cannot engrave on the pendant body, we provide engraved small tags, If not engraved, the package does not include small hangtag.
4) If you do not leave a message and place an order for "Customized Engraving", the default product will be sent.
Default packing is gift bag
1.Use a small screwdriver to unscrew the pendant.
2.Use the funnel tool to fill the pendant with ashes.
3.Poke the ashes in the funnel with a steel needle to make the ashes enter the pendant.
