Please note, we do not dispatch any orders over the weekend and bank holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend (Sat-Sun) or over a bank holiday, will be dispatched on the following working day.


We offer FREE delivery which is Royal Mail 48. Please note that it is not a guaranteed 48 hour service and normally takes 2-3 working days to be delivered. During busy times, it could take up to 5 working days.


We also offer paid delivery options for Faster Delivery. These options would be available on Checkout


Please note: All orders will be delivered to the address provided to us upon check out. We cannot take any address change requests.

We will accept returns on all our products without any Hassle within 30 days.


For Faulty Goods:


Please send us a message through eBay initially. Then we will ask you to send the item(s) back to us, so that we can check. We will then dispatch a replacement and refund you the cost of return postage through PayPal.


Returns for unwanted goods:


Buyer(s) must return goods at their own expense, and item(s) must come back in the original box and condition, in which they were sent by us. We will refund only the cost of item not postage paid.
