These units arrived in nice overall condition.    Our technicians have thoroughly tested each unit and found it to be in good working order.   In addition, the techs installed new pickup and feed rollers to ensure trouble free printing.     

After testing this unit will be wiped down, poly bagged, foam packed in a heavy corrugated carton.   It will ship with a power cord. PARTIAL SUPPLIES INCLUDED.  We do not have the owner’s manual nor the drivers on CD.   Drivers can be downloaded from the RICOH website.
