  • Pick-up is available at our Laverton North Victoria warehouse, please send us message for stock pickup before you come.
  • This item will be dispatched within two working days after payment of purchase is cleared. Once it is dispatched the tracking number will be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for all returns of the delivery caused by invalid address or information given. Additional charges (postage and service charge) may apply for re-delivery.

  • All packages are inspected for damage prior to leaving us. We try our best to effectively protect items before they leave us, to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

WARRANTY
  • ezToolbox Limited Warranty: ezToolBox provides 1 year (12 months) of material and/or structure/or compressor as well as  spare parts (Lock, Gas Strut, Hinge,Bolts) from the date of purchase. Products (including parts) found by ezToolBox to be defective or faults arised within the warranty period are to be returned to ezToolBox. ezToolBox will not be held resposible for expenses to or from the premises. Products repaired or altered by parties outside ezToolBox are not covered by this warranty.
  • If the products are deemed to be faulty or defective due to defective workmanship or materials ezToolBox at their discretion will either: 1. Repair the product using new or re-furbished parts of an equivalent standard, 2. Exchange the product with a product of similar condition, performance and reliability of the original or 3. Refund the purchase price of the product. Where the product was sold as a package or as part of a kit – ezToolBox will only fulfill its warranty obligation on the defective product only.
  • The warranty period only starts from the date of purchase, and it will not restart after we send you a replacement product.
RETURN & REFUNDS
  • We offer a 30-day return period for each product (unless stated) starting the day you receive it. 
  • Merchandise that is discovered to be defective will be replaced. You may also return defective merchandise for a refund.
