1.We only accept PayPal payments.

2. Items will be shipped to your eBay address. Please make sure it is correct. We are unable to take any responsibility for any wrong address.

Delivery Details

1. Items will be shipped out on the same working day if you place your order until 13h00. All orders received after that will be dispatched next working day.

2.UK Royal Mail is our standard shipping way, usually it takes 2-3 working days to arrive.

3. Sometimes it may take longer (up to 1 week) due to delay in courier service, holidays or weather problems. This rarely happens, but in case you experience any delay please send us a message and we will check the tracking for you.

Return Policy

1.Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt after you fully explain the problem. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.

2.Defective products can be returned for exchange and the exchange must be notified within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3.All items must be returned in new condition. (Products that have been damaged or misused are not under warranty.)
