Very cute and unusual fancy dressed lady, which I think may be a bear or some other animal. She is dressed with colorful outfit. Has hat, shoes and holding a purse. She has eyelashes and wearing a lipstick. Absolutely adorable creature. I don't know the maker, brand or the origin. Please check photos for details.
