1. Missing the dot after INC

2. 2 asterisks, one before and one after (Denotes)

3. Wrong Birthplace Born in Donora, PA / Not Charleroi, PA

4. Printing error on the word (Printed) on the back

5. Light purple dots in 3 places on the front (in the name Griffey between E and Y, also 2 spots by Donruss 89 one above right and one below on the border)
