Operating Instructions:
Connect all connecting wires and air hose.
Switch on the power switch (lit indicator light is on).
Press the gun switch to adjust the required voltage (individual setting, recommended voltage is 60KV-80KV).
Put the powder into the powder feeder drum.
Press the gun switch to adjust to high voltage. If powder is sprayed, start working.

Caution:
The earth wire is connected to the equipment and must be connected to the spray booth, which should be connected to a special clean floor. Workpieces, hanging objects and stands must be connected to the earth wire to prevent discharge sounds from earth faults.
All compressed air must be kept neat and dry and free from oil or water. It is recommended that the customer use a refrigerated and dry air source. If the customer is using an ordinary oil/water separator, the oil and water must be drained periodically to prevent the paint ratio from being affected by water build-up or excessive humidity in the air tanks of the powder drum, solenoid valves, and air hoses.
If abnormal powder spraying occurs on new equipment (i.e., it gets bigger or smaller from time to time), it is usually because the powder feed and discharge air pressures have not been properly adjusted. When powder feed air pressure is increased, powder spray increases. Adjust powder mix air pressure to a higher level to ensure even powder spray.
Powder pumps and guns should be purged and tidied with compressed air after a period of use.
Pressure regulating valves have a locking mechanism where "push" means "closed" and "pull" means "open ". The buttons of the various regulating valves should be adjusted to the proper position (as indicated by satisfactory powder coating).
