Very awesome set of 17 books. These books are definitely fragile, but in great shape for their age and the materials that they are made from.

Books were printed by Horace Hart, University Press, Oxford.

London Chapman & Hall, Limited ; and Henry Frowde

New York : Oxford University Press American Branch 91 & 93 Fifth Avenue

The binding of the Nicholas Nickleby is quite torn and could certainly use some restoration. (Pictured) some of the bindings are a little worse for wear. I included pictures of the worst examples. Some of the pages of the books have small rips in them, typically on the first few pages. These books are very dainty and should be handled with lots of care. Please see pictures closely for overall condition.
