This product works but you can’t be afraid to use a lot of paste if you are using a carbon seat post with an aluminum frame. You should apply a small amount of paste in the seat tube & then apply a fair amount on the seat post. You will have excess paste push up from installing the seat post but this is necessary to ensure that the seat post won’t move while riding.
