If you are returning a new item, please ensure that it is in the same condition in which it was sold to receive a full refund. Opened new items will be subject to a deduction per eBay's deduction guidelines.
We encourage our customer to asses properly it’s features, compatibility, limitations etc. before buying the product. If bought item isn’t compatible with your existing hardware return request may not be acceptable or at least we will charge you for the shipping cost that we paid for.
