Property
Inositol: it is a cyclic polyalcohol improperly considered to belong to the B vitamin complex. In nature there are various forms (stereoisomers) of inositol, the most important are identified with the name Myo-inositol (MI) and D-chiro-inositol (DCI). Food sources of DCI are rather scarce and in our organism DCI is obtained mainly through the conversion of MI by the "epimerase" enzyme, which guarantees the presence of the correct ratio between the two forms in the various tissues. Both isomers act as second messengers of insulin, but regulate different insulin-dependent processes and contribute, in different ways, to correct glucose metabolism. For this reason and to compensate for an inefficiency of the epimerase enzyme, it is essential to administer both the MI and DCI forms.
Folic acid: thanks to its activity it contributes to the normal metabolism of amino acids and intervenes in the process of cell division. It also contributes to normal homocysteine ​​metabolism.
Manganese: it is important to obtain the active form of the DCI.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet a day, preferably between meals and caffeine intake. Dissolve the contents in water (100 ml) and take immediately.
