Returns are free and are allowed within 30 days of receiving the item purchased. If the item is brand new, there may be a small restocking fee due to the item becoming open box, depending on the item. The item is to be returned in the condition that it was sent out as and include any additional accessories, booklets, or media that came with it. If the item is not returned properly, a partial refund may occur.

If the item is in "For parts" or "Not working" condition, then there will be no return allowed on the item and will be sold "AS IS".

Shipping will occur within one business day of official payment for the item.  If there is a holiday or delay present, you may be notified. It will typically be shipped through USPS. In some cases, it will be shipped through FedEx. If you have a request for an item to be shipped faster you may arrange that by contacting.

International shipments will be done through eBay GSP or USPS or UPS International. If your order is through eBay GSP, they will process the order once it is delivered to their international center (Erlanger, KY). We have no control over the packages once it is delievered to that center.

If the item has the "Best Offer" option available, I am not obligated to accept. Generally speaking, the safest option to secure your purchase is to do "Buy It Now". Offers are treated on a case to case basis. Also consider that there are other people sending offers and yours will not be accepted if someone else has a higher offer.
