About Car:

In 1977 BMW took on Porsche in the Group 5 "Silhouette Formula" class of the world championships with their BMW320i.  With a distinctive over-sized spoiler and front fender, the BMW 320i won 4 victories out of 9 races to take out the Group 5 championship.  Also competing in the German Racing Championship, the BMW 320i displayed the characteristic orange of their main sponsor, German distillery Jagermeister.
